Preston Lib Dems are campaigning for an extra £100 Income Tax cut to be announced in this year’s budget.
That’s on top of the £700 Income Tax cut that will come into force in April’s budget.
Focus Editor Neil Darby said, “The economy may be growing again, but we know that many people are still finding things tough. We want to help them by allowing them to keep more of their hard earned wages.
“With Labour we all ended up with a financial crisis. With the Tories, millionaires get the tax cuts. Only the Lib Dems in government are standing up for ordinary workers making sure they get a fair deal.”
