The new planning Masterplan for North West Preston has been published, for consultation.  This is a very important document as it will make sure the developers who are planning to build to the north and west of Ingol & Tanterton work to a single blueprint, and ensure we have roads, drainage, primary schools and the rest of the infrastructure in place before all the houses are built.
