The local Tulketh Focus Team, led by campaigner Neil Darby, have started a drive to ensure that the roads in the Tulketh area are safe. During the winter it becomes even more important than ever to ensure that motorists are driving safely through the streets of Tulketh to protect members of our community.

In November’s PACT (Police And Communities Together) meeting, Neil put in a request for the local police to make spot-speed checks on vehicles on Woodplumpton Road in the evenings to ensure that cars keep to a safe speed. I was delighted to see that this has been implemented by local Police since the request was made.
